Journey of a Lifetime
Anirud
The Love of our Life. It's just a name that's given to call him. But this child of ours has been a motivation, rather an inspiration to look forward to something new and exciting, sometimes enervating, every time he is around us, but that's the spirit of life. Just as he is named after Lord Krishna, how can he not be any naughtier or a trouble maker and not keep his mother in tenterhooks, all the time. This sweet child of ours, until now has not been a ruckus maker. The only concern since he was born, has been his eating habits. Absolutely, pathetic and disastrous, which I feel is more than enough to make his mother go crazy. Otherwise, he is into his own life. But there has been a significant change ever since we moved last year from Kuwait to Chennai, India. He has been loquacious, vociferous and yes, short tempered. The last one runs in the bloodline, at least for both his parents, if not the grand parents. In the early part of his childhood, we bought him plenty of toys, you could say, a father's dream cherished through his son. Partly also because of the fact that there was nothing much to do outdoors in Kuwait, because of the vagaries in weather conditions. And now, he does not have much time for any of these, as he goes out for playing with other kids and busy on various other activities. Pressure has become a part of life since Childhood. But the boy now seems to have matured into real life...of what goes and what does not...innocence lost, deprived or societal influence or parental upbringing. More to discover as we move on...
Vidya
Just a little paragraph...when I can keep writing incessantly about her. How can I even imagine a life without her. She is the very embodiment of life, my life, my soul, my heart beat. She symbolizes all that is love, a love so pristine, arresting and all encompassing of life's precious gifts in one human form. She is my darling, beautiful, lady love. She is a quintessential lady symbolizing love, care and emotional well being so typical of a woman...an archetypal of modern and classical woman...merged into one.
