Spirit of Humans

Life is all about fighting the odds and literally sometimes we are pushed, up against the wall.
And this glacier, in picture, is just moutanious. If one were to be amazed and frightened at the magnitude of the issue, the predicament would never see any resolution or daylight. Mountains would never have been scaled, peaks attained or the ocean beds crossed and the skies conquered to reach the galaxy of stars, moon and the sun. We are where we are as a human race because of the indomitable spirit to fathom the unknown. I am proud to be a part of this wonderful race, at once and also sad that as we have set to achieve these wonderful things we have also destroyed nature on this path of self discovery. Nature does react at times furiously creating havoc as a measure of revenge and unpleasantness with the way we have harmed mother nature instead of nourishing her. We need to realize that we have to co-exist with nature and cannot replace her with artificial implants. Exploration and excavation cannot be at the cost of evolution.
