Your contribution has been invaluable in every front of work that you have undertaken, be it M&A, Waterfall reporting or setting up and managing TZ team in Pune in a seamless manner. You have been most disciplined in your work, balancing work and life in wonderful manner. It’s that scheduling of work, being systematic, process and solution oriented that has amazed me and is something that you can teach to quite a lot of folks in the team. Never to say no to any work that has been allocated, you have taken it upon yourself to do it diligently, meticulously and ensure that it’s transitioned in a robust manner. Life has its own queer things to offer at certain points of time, but there is always that ray of light shining through that tiny hole that will provide the way forward for eternity. Sustenance and Perseverance in times of adversity defines who we are and what we are made up. Life would test us through its arduous moments, yet at the end of it, we come out shining like a diamond. I don’t intend to sing Rihanna’s song for you…but yes…you are what I had mentioned…just so in a lighter vein and being upright honest about it. Keep doing well and you would see the shadows fading away as the sun shines bright and lighting up a new dawn in your life.
