To my dearest, darling wife…sweetie pie…

An expression of emotions and love

To the most endearing wife

Without you, I cannot envision my life

Endowed with a heart that’s whiter than a dove;

I may not say or express my feelings as well as you

Yet, my love for you knows no bounds

And my heart beats and sings in all kinds of sounds

As an existential proof of my love for you;

I would die a million times over and over again

To be a part of you and take over all your pain

As my love for you is deeper than the ocean

And I can love you without any rhyme or reason;

Because this love of mine is so pure and intense

It just burns inside me without any pretense

You have lived and still live a life simply

In sacrifice of the entire family;

No one can ever match and do

What you have done and still do

As you are the harbinger of all that’s good

That has come, yet to come and in future would;

All I can do to is to say how much I recognize and realize

For being a spouse and mother, so perfect

Yet I fail to appreciate and say you are a real prize

There is none as impeccable as you to find a defect;

I am so very lucky to have been married

To you and with you beside parried

All the truant times that life had to offer

As you are always with me, with an insane power;

I would always want to hold your balmy hands

And walk down the ridges, mountains and beach sands

Exuding the eternal love simmering in my heart

That would never extinguish until this heart ceases to beat;

My heart sings a hymn every day, hour, passing minute and second

But for the canticle, the heart would stop and so strong is the bond

That’s so deeply in me embedded

It would take power of God to have it retrenched;

I may have said harsh words and made you feel sad

Later it makes me feel quite depressed and bad

Sorry is one word, yet what has been said, cannot be removed

Tell me lady love, what I can do to have it, forever purged;

If you ever feel, I love you no longer as in the past

It isn’t true baby, my love is forever to last

I may not show my feelings or be expressive

Yet, it does not mean my love has gone regressive;

Than you are, there can be no one better

Any my love for you is all over in this letter

You gorgeous, are my life’s sunshine

Without you, I will be buried in the deepest ravine;

In life, together we have had a roller coaster ride

Crossed all the obstacles life had to offer in a tide

There had been in galore fiery passions

With many a desultory delusions;

That is what life is all about and does

Offering happiness and disappointments in equal measure

So we value the importance of what’s given to us

Appreciate and say hey dazzling darling, you are my treasure;

If you ever thought, I can live without you beside me

It is something that will never live to be

As my life is intertwined invariably with yours

With you beside me all the goodness in life ceaselessly pours;

And here you go my enthralling stunner

Life would be an absolute sparkler

With us in cheerful spirits together

Can you envisage a life without such a moment ever?

Yes, I can hear you say…not one but there are many

Where we fight, argue, don’t speak and act funny

As if nothing ever happened

Or as if the whole world had crumbled;

But that’s the beauty of life, without reservations

Our love for each other would never grow ever more

We cross over all of these fighting temptations

And come out stronger like a folklore;

While I agree what we speak is less

It’s because now there is one more life

That’s become the cynosure of our eyes

And time is split across our daily chores;

Life thus becomes a monotone

A far cry from the initial romantic interludes

And we become frustrated to the bone

Where’s this life heading, we have become so rude;

Yet, when I am away from you

My heart pours out all my love that’s smoldering within me

It just goes to show, how much I love you

And that my love is waiting to fly around like a bee;

Honey, to say that you are everything

Is an understatement, as life would cease to ring?

The chimes of all that’s excellent

If it was not for you to have been god sent;

I have been thinking all about you and writing

All that’s been in my heart, all along rumbling

Been unsaid, yet not unwritten though

As I always express myself in words during a furlough;

I know not how to prove my undying love that’s spirited

To fight against all odds and be, in your soul, deep rooted

Because, you are something that’s so exceptional

There’s no one that can shower so much love, unconditional;

While you may feel my love is all but physical

I cannot but admire the fact that you are special

Yes, love can come in different forms, size and shape

And we are still discovering it agape;

I seek to give you all that you need to make you blissful

Yet, somewhere, I fail to keep you all that cheerful

Because, I don’t hear out your concerns of domestic

As I feel you are mature enough to handle them alone and not to pick

These out for discussions amongst us as personal

As I am already burdened with issues official;

And these primarily are the issues of discontent

When do we go on as one and relent

Yes, we need to handle these together

I understand and will give it a try sooner;

Forgive me my charming lady

I will try and undo mistakes of past

To keep you smiling and also be a good daddy

Let bygones be bygones and let’s hang them up in a mast;

All I want to do moving ahead

Is to see you joyful and merry

Feel life is a shining red cherry

Remove the stains of frustration from your head;

Yes, my petite darling, beautiful sweetheart

There are a few things I want to do with you beside me;

I want to sit with you hand in hand

And watch the sunset behind the mountain;

I want to walk with you hand in hand

And feel the power of rain;

I want to hold your hand in my hand

And see the birds migrating as a flock;

I want to clasp your hands tightly

And take a dip in the river bed;

I want to hold your hand

And walk along the green meadows;

I just want to lie down on your lap in the midst of a forest

And hear the sound of the chirping birds;

I just want to kiss you lightly on your forehead

Then on your lips, ever so gently

And whisper unto your ears

I love you dearest;

There is none dearer than you

I will love you

I am and will be there until death do us part

Forever and until eternity;
